JOHANNESBURG, April 26 – China has committed itself to support the Central African Republic’s (CAR) peace process as part of the strengthening of ties between the two countries.
Zheng Jianbang, the vice chairperson of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and CAR president Faustin-Archange Touadera vowed to deepen cooperation between their respective countries during a visit to Bangui by Jianbang, according to media reports.
In addition to growing political ties, the two countries want to further develop economic and trade ties so as to benefit their respective citizens.
